Upcycle Oregon is created in partnership by the Capitol History Gateway Project, DIY Studio, Willamette University, Marion County, Garten, Gilbert House Children’s Museum, Travel Salem, and *supported by a grant of Transient Occupancy Tax from the City of Salem and from the Oregon Community Foundation.
